Two buildings, five rooms

An elevation of the property: each room in the main building takes a whole floor — the upper two open onto balconies, with the terrace above — while the annexe's two rooms share its first floor. All five are the same size.

Blueprint of Saumya Residency: the main building holds one room on each of its ground, first and second floors, with balconies on the first and second floors and an open terrace on the roof. The annexe holds two rooms on its first floor. All five rooms are the same size.
